RELO

A PERSONAL RECORD, IN ONE PLACEMood  /  Treatment  /  Everyday health
72%
Adherence over time

72 of 100 planned actions recorded as completed.

Illustrative example

One missed day doesn’t erase your effort.

The percentage in RELO is cumulative adherence: how many planned actions you’ve recorded as completed over time. It covers medication, mood check-ins and meal logging, depending on your settings.

It replaces the pressure of keeping a perfect streak. A missed action can change the percentage, but it doesn’t reset your previous progress to zero. The aim is to make it easier to return after a difficult day.

A record of consistency, not a score for your mood or your health.

01 / INSIDE THE MVP

Small entries.
A fuller picture.

The current Android MVP brings daily check-ins and health records together. These are the foundations we’re building on.

Recreated app screens with fictional records, clinician names and appointments. Medication examples illustrate logging, not treatment advice.

Keep your routine in view.

Keep a medication schedule, record doses and note upcoming appointments.

01

A quick check-in

Log your mood, symptoms, measurements or medication from one place.

02

The everyday details

Track meals, calories and macros alongside your personal commitments.

03

A record to return to

Bring mood, sleep, movement and health measurements into simple charts to review changes over time.

02 / THE NEXT CHAPTER

Less tapping.
More in your own words.

We plan to use AI to turn free-form text and transcribed voice into structured health records: identifying medication names, doses, symptoms and when they occurred. You review the extracted details before saving.

We also plan to explore pattern recognition across medication records, mood and sleep, helping patients and clinicians review possible associations over time. These would be observations for review, not diagnoses or proof of cause and effect.

Planned direction · AI is not in the current MVP.

AI-ASSISTED EXTRACTION · PLANNED

I took Wellbutrin 300 mg at 8 this morning. A mild headache started around 10. I slept about seven hours.

03 / CONNECTING WITH CLINICIANS

A shared view of everyday health.

We have specialists lined up to beta-test RELO as soon as it’s ready. They have directly confirmed that they want to take part. Beta testing has not started yet; this is not clinical validation.

PLANNED · RELO PORTAL

Bringing the record into the conversation.

RELO Portal is a planned workspace for clinicians, connected to the patient app. Patients will be able to share their records with their treating doctors with their explicit consent. Secure sharing, controlled access and the ability to withdraw permission are core design requirements.

The portal is planned and is not part of the current MVP.
